1.  Order Processing Time

Standard Shipping

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Priority Dispatch

(₹100 extra — available only on prepaid orders)

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
  • Delivery timelines after dispatch may vary depending on the courier partner and the delivery location.
  • Please note that Priority Dispatch does not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery. It only ensures that your order will be dispatched on the same business day.

2.  Delivery Time

Delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Delivery Time: 5 - 7 business days
  • Remote Areas / North East / J&K: 7–12 business days

Actual delivery times may vary based on courier partner service availability. During sales, festivals, or high-volume periods, delivery time may extend slightly.

Tracking Details: You will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped along with tracking details.

3.  Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹500
  • COD charges of 75 apply for Cash on Delivery orders.

4.  Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order returns due to wrong address, unreachable phone number, or refusal, reshipping charges of Rs. 100 will apply.

Refunds are not applicable for such cases.

5.  Delivery Delays

We work with reliable courier partners, but external factors (weather, strikes, operational issues) may cause delays.
