What is Nytarra Club?
Nytarra Club is a loyalty program that rewards members with points every time they shop on nytarra.in! You can also earn points for things like following us on social media, leaving us a review, and referring friends.
When do I earn points?
You’ll earn 1 reward point per INR 1 you spend, and receive them 14 days after your order date.
How do I view my point balance?
Your rewards balance is displayed on the bottom right of the site visible on clicking the Nytarra club icon, once you’ve logged into your account.
Do my points expire?
No, your points do not expire.
How do I enroll in the program?
Enrollment is free. Just create an account on nytarra.in and you’ll automatically be enrolled. If you’ve already created an account, you’re all set!
When will I get my birthday discount?
Fraud prevention ensures all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day they set their birthday. If you sign up and set your birthday to more than 30 days away, there is no issue. You will receive the reward on your birthday. If you sign up and set your birthday to less than 30 days away, you will need to fulfill a waiting period of 30 days from the date you set your birthday.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points.
Pending balances can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account. Please allow this time, and if no luck, get in touch.
