Refund policy

We want you to love every order you receive from Nytarra. Since our products are personal-use, hygiene-sensitive and handcrafted in small batches, we maintain a strict but transparent returns and refunds policy.

If you ever face an issue with your order, please reach out to us at hello@nytarra.in and our team will assist you promptly.

1.  Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the product is damaged, leaking, leaked, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

A return is applicable only if the item you received meets one of the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is leaking or leaked
  • The product is defective or not functioning as intended
  • You received the wrong product

To help us process your request faster, kindly share clear photos/videos of the issue within 48 hours of order delivery at hello@nytarra.in.

Make sure to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify and resolve your concern quickly. Claims made without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

2.  Refund Policy

Refunds are processed, provided the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.

Once approved:

  • First-time customers: Refunds are issued as store credit, redeemable on your next purchase.
  • Repeat customers: Refunds may be processed back to the original payment source (bank account, card, UPI, etc.).

Please allow 7–14 business days for source refunds to reflect.

Reverse Pickup Charges:

  • If you want Nytarra to arrange a reverse pickup, a ₹100 pickup fee will be
  • If you prefer not to pay the pickup fee, you may self-courier the product back to us at your cost.
  • Reverse pickup availability depends on the serviceability of your pincode.

Note:

  • Shipping fees and COD charges paid during the original order are non-refundable.
  • Store credit cannot be converted into cash.

3.  Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Reach out to hello@nytarra.in within 3 hours of placing your order for any cancellations or
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
  • For prepaid cancellations before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original source. It may take 7-14 days to reflect in the source account.

4.  Address Issues & Non-Delivery

Orders will not be refunded if:

  • The shipping address entered is incomplete or incorrect
  • The Phone no is incorrect
  • The customer is unreachable at delivery
  • The customer refuses delivery

If the order is returned to us due to any of the above reason, a charge of Rs. 100 will applied for any reshipments.

5.  How to Raise a Return/Refund Request

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos/videos clearly showing the problem

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.
