New Moon Rituals: A Time to Reset and Manifest

The New Moon is the perfect opportunity to reset, release, and realign energy with the universe. It’s an incredibly grounding and transformative time to tap into this powerful cosmic energy. Here’s a ritual to help make the most of this phase and set intentions for a fresh start.

1. Purify Your Space with Havan Cups

Begin by clearing any lingering negative energy. Nytarra's Havan Cups are perfect for purifying the environment and creating a peaceful atmosphere that invites fresh energy. For a simpler method, add pink salt to cleaning water and mop your floor with it  for a quick and effective energy cleanse.

2. Charge Crystals Under the New Moon

Crystals are powerful energy magnets, and the New Moon amplifies their potential. Place them outside overnight to charge under the New Moon’s light, then bring them inside before sunrise to capture all the cosmic energy.

3. Write and Manifest

Writing down intentions helps solidify them. Take a moment to jot down 10 things to be grateful for and 3-4 goals or desires to manifest in the coming month. Also, write down negative habits or thoughts to release and burn the paper as a symbolic act of letting go.

4. Soak Feet and Surrender

Finish the ritual by soaking feet in a bucket of hot water with Epsom salt (about 4-5 tbsp). It’s a soothing way to ground and release any built-up tension, while gently reminding the universe that there’s trust in its flow.

Let’s Manifest Together!

These simple practices are designed to help feel centered and aligned with the energy of the New Moon. This is the perfect time to reset intentions and release anything that no longer serves. Tap into the cosmic energy and manifest new beginnings.
